Key Functions Include:
Successfully recruit, screen and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a thorough understanding of each position’s needs, create and maintain job descriptions, create scorecards for the interview process, schedule interviews, and conduct all follow up activities.
Ensure your recruiting and screening process is legally compliant and is aligned with our company culture.
Work closely with management to assess in-house talent and create strategies to identify and retain current talent as well as attract outside talent.
Be a confidential point of contact for employee concerns and work to resolve issues in a professional manner.
Escalate to Director of HR as appropriate.
Assist with timecard issues and general questions as they come up. Foster an environment of open communication.
Promote a high level of morale, driving culture through all levels of the business.
Maintain employee files, benefits communication and companywide events.
Assist HR Director with special projects as they come up.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or 2+ years equivalent HR generalist and recruiting experience
Strong ability to recruit and motivate employees
Positive, intrinsically motivated attitude
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and developed organization skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Focused on problem resolution
Professional and discreet manner
PHR or related certification
Experience recruiting in a high growth industry
