Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relay messages.
Greet and answer inquiries from customers and visitors, including announcing and logging visitors.
Perform administrative support tasks, including preparing outgoing mail, and receiving office deliveries.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Minimum of (2) years of telephone answering and call handling experience a MUST.
Applicant should possess an AS degree, or an equivalent certificate in a business related field.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, yet in a courteous and pleasant manner.
Candidate must take initiative and be comfortable working within a small team.
