Job Title:	Java programmer
Description:	This position will report to Management. Responsibilities: • Develop and document highly scalable Java Web applications • Work with Team Analysts and Developers to develop and maintain the ReMAS online application to be compliant with the CMS tool and architecture guidelines. • Implement simple and clean designs that provide for ease of maintenance. • Take personal accountability for individual contribution towards project success. Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. • 2 - 5 years software development experience • 2+ years developing Web applications - Java, JSP/Servlets, EJB, JMS, Model-View-Controller APIs (Struts, JSF), HTML, XML, and DHTML • 2+ years SQL experience • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to handle multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities • Positive can-do attitude • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
