Job Title: Sales force CRM Business Systems Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Duration: Long Term   Job Description:   Seeking a Sales force CRM business systems analyst with experience in leading Sales force CRM projects or similar business software projects. ?  The ability to manage large, strategic IT projects that span multiple systems and various Sales operation business processes from concept to implementation.  ?  Strong partnering skills to accelerate collaboration with Sales and IT teams to drive efforts that lead to developing solutions to meet our business goals.  ?  Identify business processes or technical processes where duplication or inefficiencies exist in the Sales Lead to Quote process, work with key stakeholders to initiate new projects, manage business case development, prioritization of projects, resource staffing, and development plans for implementation. ?  Enthusiasm to solve complex problems, learn new systems, and analyze business processes, to improve the overall user experience for our Sales organization. ?  A keenness for detail and the ability to trace problems at the root, whether the cause is data or system related, and implement rapid resolutions and manage customer expectations, including broad communications.
