TechUnity, Inc. is seeking assertive, confident, and competitive Sales Representatives to aggressively grow its business across the US, Canada, and the UK. Suitable candidates must be comfortable working independently, building strong business relationships, closing contracts, and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities:
Analyze corporate customer database to segment and select prospects based on successes attained with clients within the same organizational demographics.
Research, identify, and solicit key decision makers to establish new business relationships via telephone, email, social media, and other channels.
Uncover new prospects and incubate these to business opportunities that are then converted to signed contracts.
Facilitate the successful handoff of contracts to account managers and project managers, and participate in initial contract kickoff.
Optimally utilize CRM system to ensuring all communications are logged, tracked, follow up, and closed.
Capitalize on the experience learnt from existing contracts and clients to target new prospects operating in the same industries and market verticals.
Actively participate in online networking events, bridge conferences, webinars, blogs, and other social media venues to uncover new business contacts and contract opportunities.

Requirements:
Consultative outbound telemarketing sales
Bachelor’s degree with preference given to MBAs
1 to 2  years of experience in sales and contract closure
Experience in closing information technology deals
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong research, organizational, and time management skills
Savvy at probing questions and understanding customer requirements
A positive, outgoing personality that is not easily discouraged by lost opportunities
Ability to work independently achieving planned sales quotas on an ongoing monthly basis
