A Financial and Management Holding Company (start up since 2000)
$35MM under control.
Two operating divisions:
Business Services that includes the buyers, managers, and investors of the prospective companies.
Business Operating Division that will manage the portfolio of companies.
Seeking best Consultant to advise and grow Executive Sales team.
Client business model seeks to capitalize on generational assets that transition from ownership (i.e. small business into retirement).
Client’s target = Companies of <$25MM (revenue).

The Business Development Executive has experience building B2B Sales Departments from the ground up. In addition to business development leadership, this professional will have:

Solid background in financial services. Licensing is not required and will not be held or registered. Certain designations are considered a plus.
What it takes to succeed in a startup environment.
An ideal candidate is a former company owner, COO, or VP of Sales of a large company.
Will have a portfolio of success stats to support during the interview.
Senior B2B experience selling into the mid-market, [financial services].


This is a 100% commission role that will be negotiated between the client and incumbent. This professional should expect $200K, FYE.
This is a 1099 consulting opportunity, making location and work schedule flexible. If ideal candidate is not proximate to client office, travel to client meetings will be at candidate expense.
No relocation available.
Potential commission draws and expense reimbursements are negotiable.
