Responsibilities include: Registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, handle monetary and credit card transactions and resolve guest complaints. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor. Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Reports to Front Desk Manager, General Manager and Director of Sales. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
