Role of a head chef includes controlling and directing good preparation or food process. He/she also manages to create or distinguish menus for the culinary creation. Approving and polishing the dishes before it reaches the customer.
They mostly work in the back of the house. They take part in making recipes and making of advance preparation. Main purpose of head chef is to make sure continue efficiency of the kitchen and production of quality food.
Head chef responsibility:-
Controlling and directing food preparation process. They have control over the kitchen in every aspect from making a dish to finishing off the dish or making the customer happy.
Constructing and refreshing the menus as per the need of the customer and update with time. This is also the responsibility of the chef to make sure that what is trending has to be given a space in the menu according to the demand of the customer.
The head chef is the creator of new dishes and has the authority to approve the final dish. He has to approve the fish before it reaches to the customer.
