| Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce environment to enhance our large sales team''s productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering Salesforce for large companies, focusing on tasks like generating reports, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing Salesforce functionalities to meet our unique business needs. Job Details Work from Home Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM *Flexible to an extent Following Philippine Holidays Responsibilities Salesforce Configuration and Maintenance: Regularly perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate record cleaning, ensuring high data quality. Report Generation and Analytics: Develop and maintain complex Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management. User Support and Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users, offering support and training to ensure they can fully leverage Salesforce functionalities. Customization and Improvement: Implement and manage Salesforce customizations to tailor the system to our specific organizational needs, focusing on enhancing user experience and productivity. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure Salesforce aligns with business processes and contributes effectively to our overall strategy. System Integration and Data Security: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems while maintaining high standards of data security and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 5 years in administering Salesforce in a large corporate environment, preferably supporting a large sales team. Demonstrated ability in Salesforce customization, report and dashboard creation, and data maintenance. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex Salesforce concepts to non-technical users. Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred. |
