We are currently building our team and now searching for TECH Forum Specialist Virtual Event Webinars (m/f/d) - 100% Remote Your daily tasks: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of webinars and virtual events, including but not limited to panel discussions, workshops, product launches, and networking sessions. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and speakers to ensure seamless event execution from conception to post-event follow-up. Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure all deadlines and objectives are met. Oversee technical aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, setup, troubleshooting, and attendee support. Manage event registration, promotion, and communication strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to virtual events and webinar platforms. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event offerings and partnerships. Provide support for other marketing and communication initiatives as needed. What we are looking for: Bachelor''s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in event planning, specifically focused on webinars and virtual events.. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams) and familiarity with event management software/tools. Passion for technology and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our tech forum community. Plus would be experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools.
