Are you passionate about sales and customer service? We?re looking for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You?ll sell vacation packages through calls and chats, providing excellent customer advice and achieving sales goals. If you?re fluent in French and Flemish, with a strong sales background, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the team manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Selling vacation packages through inbound and outbound calls or via chat.
• Advising customers over the phone or through chat.
• Ensuring the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative project goals.

Requirements

• Excellent command of French and Flemish, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Passion for challenges and personal growth.
• A background in business is advantageous.
• Experience in telesales is preferred.
• Fluent French and Flemish speakers, preferably without an accent.
• Sales experience is mandatory.
