A dynamic company is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, leading product development and strategy, and driving digital innovation across the business. This role requires leadership over multiple teams to ensure the effective execution of the overall strategy. The focus of the business is to provide retail food & beverage, as well as duty-free retail products, services, and technologies to B2B and B2C customers through a variety of channels. The global nature of the company offers unique exposure to different cultures, technologies, and solutions in various projects

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification

7+ years? experience in software development within complex, high-performance software environments

5+ years of experience in end-to-end product ownership or senior business analyst roles in consulting or industry

Experience with tools like JIRA, MS DevOps, MS Teams, etc

Agile Product Owner Certification (advantageous)

Design Thinking/UX Certification (advantageous)

Experience in launching digital products across industries

Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams

Experience working with content management systems and product catalogues

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Engineers, Product Owners, Architects) in fast-paced environments

Proven success in promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment

Fluency in various technologies (web, data, ERP) to direct and inspire technologists within Agile teams

Deep understanding of iterative product development methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum

Ability to manage details for successful execution while understanding strategic impact

Experience translating customer feedback into structured product ideas, roadmaps, and backlogs

Comfort in collaborating on UX challenges with designers

Strong user empathy with experience in combining user research, insights, and data

Excellent organization and documentation skills, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical infrastructure requirements

Experience working with data, design, and research teams to prototype, test, and validate ideas

Ability to influence and work with remote teams

Proven understanding and application of human-centered design and delivery

Duties and Responsibilities:
