What is required?

The Spa Receptionist is responsible to ensure a seamless spa and salon wellness experience is achieved for our guests. They serve as the first point of contact upon arrival at the spa and the last point of contact upon departure of spa. The Spa Receptionist should build and maintain good relationship with our guests by interacting warmly with them and giving them tips on the best products at the spa to meet their needs. They would keep record of business transactions by registering new guests; receive payments from guests for services ordered, and issue invoices.

The Bay Hotel looming under The Twelve Apostles in Camps Bay is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join their experienced and dynamic team. The Spa receptionist is responsible for the smooth and enjoyable experience of Spa guests while supporting the overall operation of the spa and wellness facilities.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Spa Host / Receptionist in a Spa/Wellness Centre.
• MS Office, Excel and ESP.
• Opera cloud knowledge will be extremely advantageous.

Competencies / Skills:

• Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to perform basic computer skills.
• Pro-active mind set.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Team player.
• Goal-oriented.
