Job Spec:

Overall admin function within the HR department, contributing to the efficient operation of all human resource processes with a strong focus on the daily handling of the recruitment function.

Description:

? Organising, maintaining and filing of personnel records

? Process and verify documents including but not limited to training, grievances, disciplinary hearings, performance reviews, exit interviews

? Updating departmental organograms within the Company

? Taking and capturing of minutes during meetings relative to HR

? Ordering department stationery

? Ordering of staff uniforms and administer the process

? Facilitate the recruitment process including but not limited to typing and placing job ads, liaising with agencies when required, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, booking of meeting rooms, conducting background checks

? Submit employee documentation to payroll timeously

? Provide admin support to the HR Generalist

? Meeting deadlines and tasks

? Compile HR stats and ad hoc reporting

? Participate in HR Initiative plans and organising thereof

? Any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the HR Generalist

Requirements:

? 1-2 years? experience as a HR Administrator

? Completed HR qualification

? Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
