? Proven 1 year of working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson in Dubai UAE.

? Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

? Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Pleasant and trustworthy.

? Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and laws

? Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
• Conduct property inspections and provide accurate information to clients
• Develop and maintain a network of clients through referrals and marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and changes in laws and regulations
