SALES AGENT- FEMALES ONLY

A Medical Center in Sharjah is looking for a sales agent with three years of experience in the Medical field, with Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English . Their duties include greeting customers when they enter the center helping customers find specific products their use and descriptions of Damas services.

Sales Agent are responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process , You will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships . and must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary duty of a Sales Agent is to promote a medical center products or services through excellent customer service.
• They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure customer have a pleasant experience in the center.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers? needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department?s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Actively seek out customers in center
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell and up sell products
• Handle returns of services and products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proven medical sales experience, minimum 2 year
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English language

QUALIFICATION

High school diploma/Bachelor degree

Experience: 3 years as a SALES at Medical call center
