Your role

Are you ready to elevate your career in the rapidly growing Cloud Security industry? Join an innovative and dynamic team in Barcelona and work on a game-changing project focused on providing Cloud solutions to businesses.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and closing robust sales opportunities in the field of Cloud security. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points, while proposing suitable solutions that will help them improve their security infrastructure.

This is a phone-based role where you will proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls and inbound campaigns, helping to expand our customer base across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly Key Performance Metrics to meet sales goals.
  • Develop and implement best practices for engaging prospects and closing sales.
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Lead outbound campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring qualification of prospects.
  • Upsell existing customers with new products or enhance their current use of security solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points and match business needs with the right Cloud security solutions.
  • Effectively explain technical Cloud security products and their value to businesses across different sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong rapport with decision-makers through daily phone calls and emails.

Requirements

  • BA/BS technical degree.
  • Native-level German and fluency in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and the competitive landscape in Cloud services.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to connect with customers and add value.
  • Comfortable working towards an assigned sales quota in a phone-based environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational, pipeline management, and time management skills.
  • IT proficiency: essential computer skills for an efficient, computer-based job.

Desirable

  • Cloud or Cyber Security certification.
  • Previous experience in B2B Cyber Security sales.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
  • Understanding of the local market and business environment.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
