German Junior Campaign Specialist

In this role, you'll work with a portfolio of new clients, helping them create their first online advertising campaigns and making a significant impact on their business. You'll work in a target-driven environment, balancing individual goals and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant, guiding customers through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Identify client needs and objectives
• Drive increased spending, upselling, and sustainability
• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone

Requirements

• Proficiency level of German
• Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
• Strong communication skills for phone pitches and proposals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and client-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
