You will need to relocate to Valencia where you can experience the city to the fullest. Are you up for this next step in your career? Then this job could be yours! Your role For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English.

Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term. The candidate will be handling the administrative and technical questions from Belgian telecom company customers. Profile Call centre experience is an added value, but not required Basic computer skills are necessary Able to follow procedures around sensitive data Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
