Salary: P70,000-P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage credit assessment, particularly in structuring loan options for clients
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with brokers and stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of lending policies, income verification, and experience with servicing calculators

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Experience with CRM tools, including Pipedrive and Infynity, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with servicing calculators and other lending-related software is also beneficial for assessing loan options.

What will you do?

  • Client Scenario Assessment: Proficiency in analysing income (PAYG and self-employed), debts, and overall financial standing to assess borrowing capacity.
  • Lending Policy Application: Thorough understanding of lending policies and the ability to apply them effectively during client assessments.
  • Income Verification Expertise: Skilled in reviewing and verifying income documents, including payslips, tax returns, and BAS statements.
  • Proficiency in Servicing Calculators: Experience using servicing calculators to assess loan affordability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with brokers and lender BDMs to gather additional information or resolve lending scenarios.
  • Data Organization and Reporting: Proficiency in Excel to manage client assessments and create presentations for clients.
  • Record-Keeping Skills: Competence in maintaining well-documented and accurate client files in the CRM, ensuring compliance, traceability, and meticulous attention to detail

Working Conditions

Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
