Compliance Officer (Insurance Experience) - Work from Home / Dayshift

• Implement and strengthen the organizations compliance framework across the business.
• Undertake compliance monitoring, review activities, and provide advice to business units.
• Identify compliance risks, ensure they are managed, and implement necessary changes.
• Support the design, development, and rollout of compliance plans.
• Support work related to compliance attestations, compliance risk assessment processes, regulatory and breach notifications.
• Ensure adherence to the companys internal procedures and maintain appropriate complaint records.
• Updating policies and ensuring compliance to legislation and industry regulations.
• Oversee the QA review of customer calls.
• Provide ad hoc reporting as requested.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Adhere to Petcover policies and procedures.
• Fulfill any other administrative reporting requirements as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
