We''re a data-driven Buyer''s Agency that source high growth and high cashflow properties across Australia. We help our clients plan, acquire, manage and scale a property portfolio.

Role Overview:

As a Property Settlement Support professional, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and coordination tasks involved in property settlements. You''ll be responsible for preparing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time to help facilitate smooth and successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage settlement documentation and client files
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, banks, and legal parties
• Support digital settlement processes (e.g., PEXA)
• Ensure all pre-settlement conditions are met
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Provide updates and respond to client inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in property settlements, conveyancing, or legal administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital settlement platforms.
• Relevant certification or education in conveyancing, legal studies, or real estate (preferred)
