The Job

Promotes the capital equipment products through education of current and potential customers and procedure coverage within Philippines by providing clinical education and sales support in order to assist in achieving projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues within assigned product lines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education of the products.
  • Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest development, recommended therapies, and technological updates and current items of interest in the industry.
  • Attends clinical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with the products.
  • Represent the company in conventions, seminars, medical meeting and other similar activities (local and abroad)
  • Visit existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how and associated products can help them to achieve their goals.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Serve as primary point of contact in terms of product-related concerns (including proposal preparations and technical specifications preparations) and updates.
  • Assist the Sales Team and Government Accounts Team in providing locked-out technical specifications and preparation of other technical data sheets for use in Public Tenders and Key Accounts (MPHHI).

The Profile

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Radiologic Technology or any four-year allied medical course.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in handling products from Ziehm Imaging, Doro, Nexus, and Misonix, will definitely be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Clinical Applications Specialist.
  • Perform On-site assistance to Surgeons and other Medical Professionals to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and performance during surgical operations.
  • Effectively train, teach and educate the Users on the system operations in accordance with an established training protocols and the Systems operations manuals.
  • Prepare the machine/ instruments needed for product demonstrations including actual usage inside Operating Rooms/ Theaters.
  • Obtain product evaluation reports authorized evaluators. (key opinion leaders/ key doctors)
  • Effective presentation of product features differentiation in order to attain competitive advantage.
  • Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate, result-oriented, self-motivated, positive and proactive.
  • Willing to travel and do field as required.
  • Amenable to work in Makati.

Working Conditions

Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
