Responsibilities

  • Ensures achievement of Territory sales targets in his Region or Regions
  • Manages sales planning, bookings and forecasting for his assigned sales territory
  • Distribution and Customer Management
  • Organizes development and implementation of an effective distribution set up for his Sales Territory
  • Assist in the development and performance evaluation of customers for segmentation as to (Partners, Potentials, Transactionals/Dependents)
  • Directly manage Potential Distributor segments in terms of sales bookings and receivables
  • Directly manage Preferred Retailers segments in terms of alignment programs and sell out from Distributors
  • Oversee efficient implementation and monitoring of lined up field activities for SA and JSA''s
  • Training and coaching of FES under distributors in terms of Agronomy and Sales competence
  • Direct involvement, monitoring, implementation of New Business Model initiatives

  • A degree holder in Agricultureor with extensive knowledgein Agriculture
  • Experience in account management required
  • Basic technical knowledge on crops in terms of pesticide and fertilizer management
  • With above average communication skills
  • With working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be a skilled driver and holder of a valid driver''s license
  • A resident of Mindanao and able to speaktheir dialects

    Working Conditions

    MUST HAVE:

    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
    Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
    12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
    Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
    Professional Engineer License
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
    Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
