Help Desk Engineer (UK IT Services, WFH)

Salary: P40,000 P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 1:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 1-3 years of IT support experience, particularly in a help desk or first-line support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop systems (Windows 10 and later) for troubleshooting and support.
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including user management, email troubleshooting, and access permissions.
• Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Autotask) for logging and resolving IT issues.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers over the phone and via email.

Nice to have:

• Basic experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting

What will you do?

• Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 and Windows desktop issues.
• Log and manage tickets using the Autotask ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist customers over the phone with technical issues, maintaining excellent communication and service.
• Create and manage user accounts, including setting up new employees with the necessary IT access.
• Set up and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for end-users.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.
