Job Description

Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Demand Generation Marketer to lead and execute data-driven marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen partner engagement.

This role is focused on developing and optimizing multi-channel demand generation strategies, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, paid media, SEO, events, and partner co-marketing. Youll collaborate closely with sales and alliances teams to craft compelling messaging, launch targeted go-to-market initiatives, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

This is both a strategic and tactical role. We''re seeking someone whos not afraid to roll up their sleevesowning everything from campaign execution to performance analytics.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Lead and execute data-driven marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and partner engagement.
  • This role is laser-focused on demand generation strategiesdeveloping and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, paid media, SEO, events, and partner co-marketing.
  • You will work closely with sales and alliances teams to craft compelling messaging, execute targeted go-to-market initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
  • This is not just a strategic rolewe need someone who can roll up their sleeves and take ownership of everything from campaign execution to performance analytics.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools to track engagement, generate insights, and improve marketing performance.
  • Opportunity to own and grow demand generation engine across the Workday, Okta, and MicroStrategy ecosystems

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Available to work U.S. business hours, preferably Central Standard Time (CST)
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation in the enterprise technology space
  • Near-native English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Proven ability to lead and execute data-driven, high-impact marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign management, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics
  • Experience working with channel and alliance partners to drive growth
  • Skilled in using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools to track engagement, generate insights, and optimize performance
  • Comfortable handling both strategic planning and
