The Role Financial Planning Analysis (Sr. Analyst) The Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) Sr. Analyst plays a pivotal role in the companys financial strategy and operations. This position involves conducting detailed financial analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing insights that inform strategic decisions. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial plans align with overall business objectives. Job Summary: As a Financial Planning Analysis (Sr. Analyst), you will lead key financial processes and contribute to the company''s strategic direction. Responsibilities include developing financial models, creating budgets and forecasts, and delivering data-driven insights for decision-making. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment of financial goals. The role requires advanced financial modeling skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
