Maintaining a pool of talents, assessed and screened by experienced specialists, we can help you find qualified candidates for the following positions:- Outsourced Business Services- Front office, Reception and Telephone Operations - Secretarial and Administrative Support and Clerical Positions- Customer Service, Technical support and Telemarketers - Accounting, Banking and Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Bank Reconciliation, Credit and Collection- Encoding and Programming - Sales and Marketing - Logistics, Inventory and Warehousing - Transport and Messenger staff The Role You will be responsible for : Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams. Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces, Electronics and Staffing / Executive Search industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
