Job Summary

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all related activities to ensure the attainment of the departments objectives and targets within acceptable costs. Ensures maximum productivity of staff and oversees all business operations support.
  • Conceptualizes, recommends, and implements systems, programs, policies, and procedures to enhance and achieve sales targets and ensures the company is protected from any risk and fraud.
  • Works effectively with internal support departments to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing clients and partners.
  • Plans, organizes, implements, and ensures the effectiveness of training programs for branch personnel to ensure the delivery of efficient and quality customer service.
  • Ensures frontline staff are well equipped with skills and knowledge in customer service to ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Identifies current market and consumer trends and makes recommendations for improvement of marketing programs and activities in order to retain existing and attract new clients and partners.
  • Ensures business operations policies, processes, and procedures comply with company and statutory requirements.
  • Ensures all cash transactions, collections, settlements, and reconciliations are properly processed and recorded in the system.
  • Develops, submits for approval annual plans and programs, targets, and/or budgets, directs their implementation, and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with corporate direction.
  • Acts and decides on all concerns, issues, and problems in the course of the departments operation; recommends action and resolution for concerns, issues, and problems beyond his scope of authority.
  • Defines work expectations and ensures work progress of business operations staff by monitoring, controlling activities, evaluating performance, enforcing discipline when necessary, and initiating career enhancement activities/programs especially designed for the staffs career development.

  • Experience in customer service and frontline training and development

Job Descriptions

  • Graduate of a four-year bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses
  • At least five to seven (5-7) years of extensive work experience at a managerial level
  • Experience in the implementation of training programs
  • Customer service and satisfaction
  • Cash management and cash operations
