Job Skills / Requirements This position is located at the Calgary International Airport to provide gender specific female pat-downs for all non-civilian passengers in the specified terminal area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients and patrons • De-escalate crisis situations, provide support and liaise with emergency personnel including police, fire and paramedic resources • Exercise crowd control • Provide first aid and medical response when required to any person(s) • Handle inquires • Working a variety of hours, afternoons and evenings included. • Conducting pat-down searches on same gender staff. • Confiscation of prohibited items. • Access control - Terminal entry and exit points.

• Ability to adapt to different situations and communicate with a variety of individuals • All other duties as assigned. • PLEASE NOTE: Paladin Security may apply a gender-specific (male or female) hiring preference to fill this position, in order to meet the occupational requirements of same gender pat-downs Job Requirements • Currently hold a valid Alberta Security license • Hold a valid RED Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) or have ability to work with manager to obtain one. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent customer service skills • Strong observational skills and attention to detail • Ability to make immediate decisions, while maintaining composure in emergency response situations with minimal supervision NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
