This role is part of a dynamic and diverse team that values inclusivity and collaboration. In this public-facing position, you'll work closely with a variety of colleagues who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the community. The Role: In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping people in-person, by phone, and through digital channels. You'll handle tasks like data entry, reviewing applications, processing payments, and offering solutions that follow government guidelines.
