Mern Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing APIs, and ensuring seamless UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
  
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
  
• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  
• Implement clean and modern user interfaces using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
  
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  
• Proficient in:
  
• MongoDB (NoSQL database design, aggregation, indexing)
  
• Express.js (middleware, REST APIs)
  
• Node.js (server-side development, async programming)
  
• React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
  
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
  
• Good understanding of version control systems like Git.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Webpack, Babel, etc.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
