KEY RESPONSIBILITIE S As an IT Training & Technology Specialist at Tech and Training Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for delivering in-depth training sessions on Microsoft technologies, collecting and analyzing feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness, traveling to various client locations for on-site training, and participating in projects as well as other training-related activities. This role is essential in our mission to empower professionals and businesses with the skills needed to excel in a digital world. Deliver in-depth training sessions on Microsoft technologies Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness Travel to various client locations for on-site training Participate in projects and other training-related activities Empower professionals and businesses with essential skills Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Resolve customer problem Develop training manual and outlines TRAINING TOPICS Training topics include comprehensive sessions on essential software platforms to empower professionals and businesses with the skills they need to thrive. The specific software covered includes: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Access Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Projects Microsoft 365 Microsoft Azure Other essential software platforms REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or equivalent are desirable. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a technology or educational setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Power BI, and Projects, as well as familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Experience with other essential software platforms and learning management systems (LMS). Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities. Professional Development: Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging technologies and training methodologies. WORKING CONDITIONS The role of a trainer typically involves working for approximately 8 hours a day, although this may extend up to 9 hours depending on client demands. The trainer may need to travel to various destinations, including Mumbai and other locations across India. All travel and stay expenses will be covered by the company. When not engaged in training, the individual must report to the office located in Ghansoli and work from there. Work from home is expected to be rare and will only be allowed in exceptional situations. Given the dynamic nature of this role, flexibility is key. Trainers must be adaptable to changing schedules and client needs, demonstrating resilience and a proactive attitude in the face of challenges. In addition to technical acumen, a genuine passion for teaching and empowering others is essential. This role also offers the opportunity to develop and deliver innovative training programs, utilizing the latest tools and techniques to enhance learning experiences.
