Adobe eCommerce Developer ( Majento 2.x)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Development of enterprise-grade e-commerce solutions (B2C, B2B)
• High level proficiency with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)
• Working with the Magento eCommerce platform to develop and maintain high-quality eCommerce websites
• Experience architecting ecommerce solutions
• Design and oversee complex system integrations between Adobe Commerce and business-critical platforms SAP & Legacy Systmes
• Provide scalable solutions using modern Adobe technologies and cloud-native approaches
• Focus to optimize platform performance, security, and maintainability
• Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring code quality across projects
• Guide teams in implementing modern development practices
• Experience defining and creating technical documentation and requirements
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of obtaining and exceeding goals
• Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Develop quality test variations utilizing JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Configuring and customizing Magento themes and extensions

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in developing eCommerce Websites
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as Majento Developer
• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

Technical Skills Preferred

• Knowledge of Majento Development
• Planning, coordination, and execution of testing
• Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms
• Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
