Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS, and will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement AWS Solutions: Develop and implement end-to-end AWS cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives1.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment2.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades and integration of new technologies3.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure, embedding DevSecOps practices into engineering processes1.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency2.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions2.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs2.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms1.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices4.
  • Strong understanding of network topologies and concepts4.

Working Conditions

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
