Creating a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracles modern consolidation, account reconciliation and data management applications.As aSr. Associateyou''ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Position Requirements:Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions.Ensuring annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately and in a timely basis.Responsible for building best practices within planning, forecasting, and reporting processes using Oracle EPM Planning.Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure.Will be responsible for the end-to-end solution design using Oracle PlanningLead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure.Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)Provide expertise in Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS, PBCS) related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Partitions, Security, and application validation.Good understanding of Data conversion, integration, and reconciliation processJob Requirements and PreferencesBasic QualificationsMinimum Degree Required:Bachelor''s degreeMinimum Years of Experience:4 to 8 year(s) Preferred QualificationsProven skills in Oracle Planning and worked on at least 2 Oracle Planning implementationsGood understanding of Hyperion Planning, EPBCS.Good knowledge of FP&A and functional processes.Good knowledge of reporting tools (such as Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, or any third-party reporting tools)Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidenceProficiency in Excel and PowerPointExposure of driving workshops related to requirement analysis and design.Understanding of PCMCS, Data Management and Automation.Oracle EPM (ePBCS, PCMCS) Certifications Experience of Pre-sales/sales functions / assisting in responding to RFPs/RFIsAdditional QualificationFlexible to support different US time zones to provide effective overlap preferably on second shift (3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)Amenable to wok in BGC Taguig Metro ManilaEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of S.. |
