We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management in the real estate sector to join our client''s team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Develop, implement, and manage tailored strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and real estate-related content. Design engaging posts, visuals, and videos aligned with the brand and market. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all platforms. Monitor inboxes, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers and leads. Analyze insights and prepare regular reports to measure campaign success and suggest improvements. Use social media tools and strategies to attract and qualify potential real estate clients. Research the latest social media trends and real estate best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or VA, ideally within the real estate space. Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and how social media can drive traffic and conversions. Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.). Skilled in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized and able to multitask across different projects and platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with real estate CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar) is a plus. Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools is a bonus. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
