Business Automations Developer - PH
Objective of this Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer with a specialization in Blue Prism to join our team. Reporting to the Technology Program Manager, this position is a full-scope end-to-end robotics process engagement role. As the Business Automations Developer, you will engage cross-functionally, being the business analyst, developer, tester, and process controller from project initiation to delivery and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism development and is also agile to adapt to a solution designer and business analyst role as necessary. As a Business Automations Developer, you will play a crucial role in improving efficiency, process re-engineering, and reducing operational costs across the organization. Daily Monthly Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows; ensuring the business process is captured and documented clearly. Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases and their expected outcomes that will be used during the process delivery lifecycle. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism; adhering to standard design principles. Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high-quality and reliable automation; create user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out plans. Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA best practices and Blue Prism functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and Blue Prism updates. Skills Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, solutions engineering, automation, or software development. Proven experience developing Blue Prism processes; strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Competent in end user computing, particularly in intermediate spreadsheet usage or equivalent. Experience facilitating workshops and interviews to gather requirements and analyze and improve existing processes. Experience developing standard Blue Prism delivery lifecycle documentation. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate. Experience with Python or VB.Net scripting, invoking JavaScript, custom DLLs, and integrating BluePrism with API endpoints a plus. Minimum Blue Prism AD01 certification.
