The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and locations. Next to the daily controlling responsibilities, the Financial Controlling Representative can be assigned one or several side projects, depending on their skills and interests. Responsibilities 1. Expense Controlling: Review and approve a large amount of expenses ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle exception management and provide insights to help improve the flows Develop, implement, and maintain expense control policies and procedures together with the Customer Success Manager and the customer Monitor and analyze expense trends and variances. 2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in expense reporting and control and provide that feedback to CSM Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with our Product team to provide feedback about the process and Smart audit 3. Miscellaneous Handle punctual side tasks such as (but not limited to): Back-office management Mass data editing Reporting and analysis on controlling/back-office operations Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Rigorous attention to detail, ability to spot hidden irregularities Ability to process a large amount of data and keep a consistent focus Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools. High level of work ethics and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
