Well also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, online chat, or email. Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
Analyze alerts, assist with threat triage, and escalate risks to the appropriate teams
