Job Overview We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and be proficient in standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You''ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across several different platforms, from email newsletters to paid media ads and corporate presentations. Key Responsibilities: Email Newsletters : Design 2-3 engaging email newsletters each week that align with our brand and marketing strategy. Paid Media Graphics : Support the creation of still and animated (GIF) graphics for digital advertisements across various platforms. Client Mockups : Design product mockups showcasing cobranded products for corporate clients, ensuring they resonate with the client''s branding and our own. Presentation Design : Create visually compelling slide decks for investor and partner presentations. Print Marketing Materials : Design various print materials including brochures, flyers, and posters that align with our overall marketing initiatives. Requirements Required Skills Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in the design industry, preferably in both print and digital designs Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma Strong design foundations in color theory, typography, spatial logic, and visual hierarchy. Ability to design across multiple platforms (digital and print) and adapt designs based on various requirements. Strong understanding of ecommerce design principles and digital marketing trends. Experience creating both static and animated graphics for digital media. Ability to balance creativity with business goals to produce effective designs. Desired Qualities Soft Skills Efficiency : Ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines. Versatility : Adaptability to shifting priorities and changes in design direction. Flexibility : Comfortable working on a wide range of design tasks, from digital to print. Ownership Initiative : Take full ownership of your designs and be proactive in problem-solving. Collaboration : Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and take feedback in stride. Other Details Must be willing to work in the night shift, Monday to Friday Pacific Timezone Interested candidates must prepare and submit a copy of their design portfolio .
