Senior Designer - UI/UX, Content (Remote) Are you a high-energy design professional with a proven track record in web and content designing? We''re looking for a talented and driven Senior Designer to take the lead on a diverse range of Website and Design client work. If you have experience in defining project strategies, brainstorming innovative ideas, and ultimately delivering exceptional results for clients, we want to hear from you! What You''ll Be Doing: Lead and Mentor the Design Team: Guide and develop junior designers, fostering their growth in producing high-quality design solutions (logos, banners, infographics, UIs, etc.). Provide Creative Direction Feedback: Deliver effective critiques to elevate the design team''s work and ensure adherence to best practices (accessibility, UX/UI strategy). Contribute to Agency Strategy: Consult with leadership on overall agency strategy from the design team''s perspective. Ensure Quality Control: Implement robust processes to guarantee client-facing design work is exceptional. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients in workshops to define project requirements and strategy for Website and Design projects. Project Management: Work with Project/Account Managers to ensure design projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within scope. Task Assignment: Delegate design work to the team based on capacity and skillset. Scope Management: Identify and address potential scope creep. Client Team Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate joyfully with clients and teammates. Lead Design Execution: Set the standard for website and other design projects through your own polished design work. Balance Individual Leadership Roles: Effectively manage your own design tasks while leading and managing the design team. Produce High-Performing Web Designs: Create effective web design solutions that meet client needs. Iterative Design: Design with a strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and balance. Brand Integration Elevation: Work within and enhance existing brand aesthetics. Visual Research Concepting: Research inspiration and create new visual concepts and directions. Maintain Elevate LH Brand: Serve as the key lead for the Literal Humans visual brand. Review LH Design: Ensure high quality across all Literal Humans-branded design elements.   Who You Are: 4-6 years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organisation with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles. Proven UX Research  Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture). Understanding of content marketing design principles. Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines. Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite. Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines). A proactive "doer" focused on execution and genuinely creative with a wealth of ideas.   Why This Role? 4 hours per day (~80 hours/month) Fully remote position Start date: ASAP Starting salary: $600+ (flexible depending on experience and background) Opportunity to grow to full-time based on performance   Ready to Make an Impact? Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
