URGENT DAYSHIFT WFH VA - CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Position Overview: ROLE TITLE : Detailer/Customer Success Specialist Permanent Dayshift - WFH VA Rate : 10-11$AUD / hour Fulltime 40 hours / Week Building Construction (Metal) Industry Reporting : Will report to the Operations Manager (Business Unit: Operations Berrinba) You will also work closely with our trade shop manager and other key organization people that requires you to be a chart maker, planner, scheduled and detailed. Position Purpose: · Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service, production and logistics, to ensure that jobs are ready for dispatch by the scheduled date and relay any delays in production to the customer. · Scheduling trade work · Logistics Scheduling · Customer service support Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service and administration, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions and inquiries through phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support company success and growth. Facilitate and collaborate on workflow processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to develop case studies and client referrals. Organize and lead team meetings to gather feedback, address challenges, and provide strategic solutions. Process customer orders while ensuring a high level of service and attention to account details. Coordinate freight logistics to meet company obligations and customer expectations. Maintain and update price lists and other relevant customer information. Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Perform data entry and utilize ERP systems such as REDMAP and PRONTO for efficient record management. Carry out general administrative and official duties as required. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. At least 1-2 years similar experience as VA - Customer Success specialist, preferably in the Building Construction-Metal Industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities. High level of business and analytical acumen with a focus on process improvement. Proficiency in ERP systems such as REDMAP and PRONTO is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and business needs. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary. Preferred Skills: Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is advantageous . Previous experience in a customer-facing role with order processing responsibilities. Familiarity with sales and procurement workflows.
