Job Description As an Appointment Setter, youll play a crucial role in our clients growth strategy, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients in the construction and real estate sectors. Youll introduce exciting smart technology and Wi-Fi solutions for new building developments and rehabilitation projects. This position offers a unique blend of technology and real estate, allowing you to gain insights into both industries while honing your communication and sales skills. Youll work with a dynamic team, using state-of-the-art CRM systems to manage leads and set the stage for high-level meetings that could result in transformative projects. Responsibilities Conduct call volumes to 150 to 200 per day with a goal of 10 meetings per month. Utilize Zoho CRM and its integrated VoIP system to efficiently manage contacts and log detailed call information Master and deliver a compelling script that introduces our clients innovative services and value proposition Navigate through gatekeepers with confidence to reach key decision-makers within target organizations Schedule high-value appointments for senior team members, setting the stage for potential partnerships Introduce the concept of revenue-generating property technology solutions, piquing interest in our clients offerings Maintain and update the CRM with relevant information, ensuring a smooth handover for follow-up meetings Adapt your approach based on the specific needs of new building development and rehabilitation projects Stay informed about industry trends to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional and engaging phone manner Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or similar outbound calling roles Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently to meet daily call targets Basic understanding of or keen interest in real estate, construction, and technology industries Resilience and positive attitude, with the ability to handle objections and maintain enthusiasm Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate Pacific Time (PT) business hours Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and follow-up scheduling Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with evolving targets Passion for technology and its potential to transform traditional industries Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: Strong commissions HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
