Purpose The role of the Content Social Developer is responsible for developing strategic social media marketing campaigns for their clients. As the owner of the overall execution, production, and task management of your assigned clients, you are a copywriter and strategist and able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment. This team contributes to the success of Scorpion and our clients by developing strategic content for their Content Social clients. This team reports to the Senior Content Strategist role within the Customer Success business unit.

Core Responsibilities: Execution and Production: Set up, manage, and quality check your list of clients in your content social queue Complete content social package deliverables as needed for clients outside of the queue Deliver completed client work on-time Copyright: Edit and write unique content per client ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency Follow quality control guidelines Utilize valuable, applicable SEO best practices to create, optimize, and edit content as necessary Content Strategy: Meet with the Social Strategists on a monthly basis to drive awareness of plans to focus on in the content social queue so that the client work is aligned with their strategies Complete reactive and supplemental work as needed on a client-by-client basis Task Management: Update internal spreadsheets, documents, and CSX queue where applicable to keep track of client deadlines Maintain intermediate knowledge of assigned vertical industry content social marketing best practices Internal Support: Respond to internal inquiries (SLA: 24 hours) Prepare for and participate in strategy calls with Social Strategists Key Collaborators: This team collaborates primarily with other Content Strategists, Social Strategists, their Lead Content Strategist, Account Managers, and clients. Specifically, This team is expected to develop client deliverables while taking direction from Social Strategists, clients, and AMs. They are expected to deliver content on-time every quarter. They are expected to attend all Content Social teams, individual vertical team meetings, and 1:1s with your Lead/Director.

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
