Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM London, UK Time with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break

Job Description

Become an integral part of a growing e-commerce operation where youll combine platform expertise with customer service excellence. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to work with leading e-commerce platforms while ensuring customer success across all digital touchpoints. Youll be instrumental in driving the brands online presence while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize presence across major e-commerce platforms
  • Create and maintain engaging product listings that drive sales
  • Coordinate social media content deployment
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms with expertise
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital channels
  • Process and manage customer service communications
  • Support platform-specific operations and maintenance

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon)
  • Proven track record in digital customer service
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices
  • Experience with social media management and content deployment
  • Excellence in written communication and customer interaction
  • Technical aptitude with various digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
