What Youll Be Doing

Be part of our clients team as a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator and handle work order systems, scheduling, and technician support across multiple properties. You''ll take charge of the maintenance process, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Shift: Monday to Friday | 11:00 PM 8:00 AM
Salary: PHP 39,000 to 98,000
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all maintenance work using Corrigo, the facilities management platform, across an assigned property portfolio
  • Manage maintenance requests, set priority levels, and assign work orders to maintenance staff
  • Develop and maintain weekly schedules to ensure technicians have a full workload, coordinating with property managers as needed
  • Monitor and respond to maintenance-related inquiries via Outlook, providing support to managers and technicians
  • Maintain ongoing communication with technicians, property managers, residents, contractors, and vendors regarding work orders and scheduling
  • Communicate with external contractors and vendors to assign tasks or request bids
  • Generate and audit reports on work order statuses, technician performance, and other key metrics
  • Monitor GPS clock-ins and clock-outs of technicians and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with ordering and coordinating technician supplies, uniforms, equipment, and phones
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service team and deliver training for cross-functional support

Requirements

What It Takes to Succeed

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in property management
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or companies (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in Corrigo, Salesforce Field Service, or similar facilities management software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, track work orders, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Tech-savvy and co

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
