Role Responsibilities As a Senior Analyst, you will analyse digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.

You will handle High Value Customers and Transactions involving high amounts. You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed (incoming and outbound calls) to verify details regarding specific money transfers and ask them for the required documentation as needed ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve problems and make high level decisions that impact customer experience. After completing our training program, you will successfully identify and prevent financial fraud, money laundering, and/or terrorist finance.

You are expected to provide excellent customer experience to all customers, you will also be able to handle high level projects based on business needs aligned to the corporate strategy. This role is fundamental for supporting potential future initiatives directly connected with our corporate strategy. Role Requirements For such a detail-oriented role we need you to have at least 4 years of previous experience in Risk/Fraud/Anti-money Laundering operations working for a financial institution (Fintech, banking), you need to be a self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service, have strong analytical skills and very attentive to detail. You must have a great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

We require you to be fluent in English; both written and verbal (C1 proficiency level). We need you to have strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a result-oriented approach, and adaptability to work both individually and within a team. Have schedule flexibility.
