We have a great opportunity for an Architect to join to join and collaborate with our Architecture and Urban Design Group .

You will gain experience in a range of small to large scale international projects which will see you involve in the production of drawings and models of international projects through remote interaction with architects to quickly and accurately produce drawing sets in accordance to GHD and client drafting standards.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects and design documentation.
  • Planning and leading the delivery of Architectural designs and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Working as an Architect to produce documentation for various projects.
  • Develop and agree job work packages, budgets, and progress.
  • Lead and coordinate with the various disciplines involved in project delivery.
  • Mentoring members of the Architectural team.
  • Collaborate with client and internal lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.

    • What you will bring to the team:

  • Around 5 -10 years of experience in the UAE and the Gulf region, with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
  • Project delivery and documentation preparation champion. This should include strong technical detailing and construction knowledge, specification writing, and a solid knowledge of local and international codes and regulations.
  • Proven experience in design documentation. Experience in Middle East projects is an asset.
  • Excellent software knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Specific REVIT experience and application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in coordinating successfully with clients and counterparts remotely.
  • Exceptional project delivery experience.
  • Sound understanding of the UAE and Qatar authority approvals process.

    • This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City , depending on your home base/location.

    Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
