Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays

9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 30-minute paid break / 10:00pm - 6:00am Manila Time

A Health clinic providing Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment services and treatments.


Job Responsibilities:

The Invoicing Coordinator will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and invoicing. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile payments for counseling and assessment services.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients, insurance providers, and third-party payers.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry within the clinics EMR system.
  • Address client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end reconciliation.
  • Maintain compliance with clinic policies and healthcare billing regulations.

Requirements

CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE CLIENT''S ASSESSMENT

  • Accounting or collections background
  • Experience with billing reconciliation in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Med
